What am I buying?

Each listing tells you exactly what files are included. Our current Test Product is one original PNG collage, not a VR prefab. Future assets will have their own file lists and requirements.

How do downloads work?

Once your order is complete, a download link should appear with your order. Save the file somewhere you can find it. If the link does not appear or fails, write to hello@melemelo.com with your order number.

Will it work in VRChat, Unity or on Quest?

Only rely on compatibility stated on the individual product page. The Test Product is a standard PNG image; VRChat, Unity, Quest and PC VR use have not been tested or promised.

Can I edit or use the Test Product commercially?

Yes. The Test Product licence allows personal and commercial use and editing. It does not allow redistribution or resale of the PNG. Check each future product for its own licence.

What if something is wrong with the file?

Email hello@melemelo.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content still apply. For refund questions, contact us before or after ordering.

How do I get help?

Send a note to hello@melemelo.com. Please include the product name, order number if you have one, and what happened.
